Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase for Novus Black New Year’s Eve Event
1. Eligibility and Ticket Purchase
– Tickets must be purchased exclusively through the official website (nye.novusblack.co.uk). Each ticket must be registered in the name of the individual attending the event.
– Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer tickets without the express permission of Novus Black will render the ticket null and void.
2. Age Requirement
– Attendees must be eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of the event. Valid photographic identification may be required at entry.
3. Dress Code
– A strict dress code of smart attire is enforced. Guests wearing sportswear, trainers, or other non-conforming attire will be refused entry without refund.
4. Payment Terms
– Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be completed through the designated payment platform as indicated on the ticket purchasing website.
– All payments are final and non-refundable, except in circumstances where the event is explicitly cancelled by Novus Black.
5. Additions to Bookings
– Additional tickets may be added to an existing booking, subject to availability and immediate full payment, which must be processed through the official ticket purchasing website.
6. Cancellation by Purchaser
– Purchased tickets are non-refundable. In the event that a ticket holder is unable to attend, they may contact Novus Black to inquire about the possibility of ticket reallocation, although such accommodation is not guaranteed.
7. Seating Arrangements
– Novus Black does not guarantee specific table reservations. Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to change based on event requirements and attendance.
8. Dietary Requirements
– Guests must inform Novus Black of any specific dietary requirements, including allergies or intolerances, no later than seven (7) working days prior to the event. Notification after this deadline may result in inability to accommodate specific dietary needs.
9. Boarding and Attendance
– Guests are required to present either a printed or digital copy of their Booking Confirmation upon arrival. Detailed boarding instructions will be provided in advance of the event.
– Adherence to scheduled boarding times is critical; late arrivals may miss the boarding window and will not be entitled to refunds or compensation.
10. Prohibited Items and Emergency Procedures
– Attendees are prohibited from bringing additional decorations or any items that may compromise the safety or thematic integrity of the event. Emergency disembarkation procedures are in place, and the vessel can dock at a designated pier within 10 minutes in case of an emergency.
11. Food and Beverage
– The event features a set menu with an available pre-ordered vegetarian option. No alterations or upgrades to the wine selections provided in the package will be entertained. Additional beverage purchases can be made onboard.
12. Entertainment and Fireworks Viewing
– The entertainment will include a diverse music playlist suitable for a broad demographic. Exact locations for optimal fireworks viewing cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as river traffic and positioning restrictions.
13. Photography and Videography
– Photographs and videos may be taken during the event, and by purchasing a ticket, attendees consent to the use of such material by Novus Black and Woods’ Silver Fleet in future marketing materials.
14. Marketing Restrictions
– Ticket sales for this event are exclusive to the network of Novus Black investors, their close friends, and relatives. Marketing through social media platforms or any other public channels is strictly prohibited.
15. Force Majeure
– Novus Black is not liable for cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations. Under such conditions, refunds will not be provided.
16. Limitation of Liability
– Novus Black shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property associated with event attendance. Guests assume all risks related to participation.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be interpreted accordingly. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the ticket purchaser and Novus Black upon the purchase of event tickets. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read and understand these terms in full prior to completing their ticket purchase.
