Our New Year’s Eve event is an adult-only occasion, with an age limit of 18 and over.
The evening’s attire is smart (not smart casual); sportswear and trainers are not permitted.
Full payment is required immediately at the time of ticket purchase to secure your reservation. Please note, this payment is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Novus Black.
Additional guests can be added subject to availability, and payment for them is required at the time of purchase through the ticket purchasing website.
Unfortunately, the tickets are non-refundable. However, please contact Novus Black should this occur in case we are able to reallocate the ticket to others awaiting availability. There is no guarantee that we will be able to reallocate the ticket, and in such scenario would not be able to refund the cost.
Novus Black does not guarantee specific table reservations at booking. Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival.

We offer a set menu and a pre-ordered vegetarian option. Due to our unique venue, alternative ‘a la carte’ options are not available. Special diets are an exception.

You will receive written boarding details in the weeks leading up to the event. Your group will be on our guest list, and our staff will guide your guests to their tables for reception drinks.
We adhere strictly to our scheduled pier slots. We cannot delay departure for latecomers, to ensure a full experience for all on-time guests.
A full guest list is not required, but having someone from your group manage entry can ensure all your guests are accounted for.
Our tables will be decorated according to a bespoke theme. Any additional decorations are not permitted.
We are never more than 10 minutes away from a pier on the Thames, ensuring prompt disembarking in emergencies.
The meal service begins shortly after departure and is spread over 3 hours due to the venue’s layout and service style.
The wines included are specially selected to complement the evening’s menu. Wine upgrades are not available, but additional purchases can be made from our onboard list.
Champagne can be ordered through the waiting staff, while other drinks must be ordered at the bar.
Bar tabs can be set up for tables or parties, with restrictions if necessary. All tabs must be closed 20-30 minutes before we dock, and payment can be delayed due to intermittent Wi-Fi.
Our DJ will play a general party mix suitable for all ages, ranging from the 60s to current hits.
While we cannot promise specific spots due to river traffic and other logistical issues, we always aim for the best view of the fireworks along the Thames. Fireworks can be viewed either from the open top deck, or from the tables with window views (providing there are no obstructions which is not a guarantee).
